Weed Man Lawn Care

Weed Man Lawn Care - Middleton

Over the past eight years, Sauk Trail Elementary has been working toward the goal of providing new furniture and flexible seating options in each classroom. Thanks to the generosity of Weed Man Lawn Care, their donation of $20,000 provided much-needed funding to purchase tables and chairs for five to seven classrooms, bringing about a noteworthy transformation in the learning environment. Thank you again to Weed Man Lawn Care for supporting our students.

SSM Health

SSM Health at Work

Since the inception of our partnership, SSM Health at Work, led by Deanna Hahn, has demonstrated unwavering commitment and professionalism in managing this important project. The goal of this clinic is to provide exceptional medical care to our employees and their families and to increase access to medical providers, especially during times when access can be limited.

In August 2023, SSM Health at Work embarked on a thorough exploration of potential clinic sites in our District. Once the West Middleton location was chosen, the team navigated the process efficiently, ensuring seamless coordination with our District operations staff, local municipalities, and Findorff to keep the project on track, remaining ahead of schedule for a March 2024 opening.

Jen Lange, APNP, and Olivia Brittan, RN, have been invaluable assets at the District clinic, providing exemplary care to our employees and their families. To date, they have seen over 1,210 patients, maintaining a 96.5% capacity since the clinic’s opening. Their efforts have resulted in numerous preventive events, including more than 274 employee annual health screenings, 121 skin cancer screenings, 216 pre-diabetes screenings, 58 free student-athlete physical exams, and more.

We extend our sincere gratitude to SSM Health at Work for their steadfast dedication to prioritizing the health and wellness of MCPASD. Their proactive approach and outstanding service have significantly contributed to enhancing the well-being of our community.
