Multilingual Services
The Multilingual Services team collaborates with students, families, and colleagues to discover and build on the genius of every multilingual student so that they achieve their academic and linguistic goals, graduate with high levels of sociocultural competency, and thrive throughout their years in the Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District and beyond.
MCPASD is proud to serve approximately 500 multilingual learners of English representing over 35 different home languages. English as a Second Language/Multilingual Services are provided in all schools.
All students participating in our Two-Way Immersion (TWI) Program are emerging multilingual students.
Approximately 75 middle and high school multilingual students in grades 7-12 who are heritage speakers of Spanish participate in our Spanish Language Arts courses.
