The Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District is committed to fostering and maintaining healthy, happy and engaged staff and students. The District believes that for students to have the opportunity to achieve personal, academic, developmental, and social success, we need to create positive, safe, and health-promoting learning environments at every level, in every setting, throughout the school year.

Employee Wellness
We have a variety of opportunities and services that we offer our employees including:
An EMPLOYEE HEALTH CLINIC with dedicated providers for MCPASD employees and their families
Complimentary FITNESS CENTER USE for employees and their spouses
SWIMMING POOL USE
AN EMPLOYEE ACHIEVEMENT PROGRAM (EAP) featuring free counseling and other mental health supports
WELLNESS PROGRAMS throughout the year
MONTHLY WELLNESS CHALLENGES to encourage and motivate you in all aspects of well-being
LEARNING SESSIONS focused on mindfulness, physical well-being, nutrition, financial wellness & more
Additional opportunities such as yoga, Zumba, WERQ, CardiYoga more are also available to staff and their spouses
For employees participating in wellness activities or free use of the fitness centers, please complete the training in Public School Works. For spouses/partners of employees to join in these activities, please use this liability form.
MCPASD Staff can access detailed information and sign up for activities in the staff portal, under "wellness".
