The Deputy Superintendent leads the building-level Continuous Improvement process; plans and facilitates leadership team professional learning collaboration meetings (for level leaders and district leaders); and supports and supervises building principals and the Director of Student, Family, and Staff Engagement. The Deputy Superintendent collaborates with the Director of Student, Family, and Staff Engagement and other district leaders on comprehensive professional development plans.
