Meet the Conserve to Preserve Green Team! Together they are working to help cut down food waste at Kromrey Middle School.
Late this semester, the team hosted a food waste audit during lunch to track data and identify possible improvement options.

After reviewing the data, the team hopes to implement a compost bin at school and ensure proper recycling happens at lunch. They are also working to find ways to provide unwrapped/unopened food to students in need.
