MCPASD staff and their families and friends had the opportunity to join in on this fun District Wellness event.
They had the option to participate in many fun activities, including:
-A guided hike to Devils Doorway
-Lake exploration with a paddle craft
-Mindful walk through the woods
-Gentle flow yoga
